Orders weighing less than 1kg will be delivered via the postal service and cannot be tracked; all other orders will be shipped via our dedicated next day courier service.
Once your order has been processed by our dedicated courier you will receive an email notification containing your delivery details with a delivery date deadline, this is generally before 4pm for mainland UK.
The delivery notification email contains a URL which allows you to track your order at anytime, however postal orders cannot be tracked.
Our couriers may have already attempted delivery and no one was home, should there be any problems with your delivery we will aim to update you on the same day within business hours.
If your order shipped via the postal service and you have not received anything after 5 days please email shipping@thisiswater.co.uk or call 0800 014 8025.
Our couriers require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you are not in they will leave a calling card. You can now call them to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or amend the delivery address.
If there is any problem with your delivery Tyent will contact the couriers and aim to resolve all issues without inconvenience to you. We put the customer first and will keep you informed of the progress of any investigation and where appropriate will deliver a replacement.
